Submit form issues

I had received a complaint about some issues with the submission form not operating properly.
I have fixed the following issue:
- page now displays a message in gold (site colors) when the site is submitted properly. This will be at the top of the section when refreshes in order to be directly visible.
- page submissions should now work for both :"www." domain or without the www. I have tested this, and in fact did not even need to add the http:// part, as it should be added automatically.
