Additional Fixes and changes

In our efforts to make a better search directory for you, we have continued our efferts to make sure everything is running smoothly.
To this we have added SEO friendly links for the [read more] option for all listed sites. This will also provide a better link structure once on the detail page.
This did cause some problems with the site of the day and random links, but these have been corrected.
we also:
- removed extra "~" (tildes) from the listings when review option was not available
- added category listings to all featured link
